We have professional guides and connections around the world, whether planning a tour in Yellowstone National Park, or elsewhere in the world. You are assured that when you book a vacation with us, we are sending you with our team of trusted local experts!

• Accommodations: Wherever you go and wherever you stay, enjoy unique stays that fit your style.

• Transfers: Between your home and the airport, and between your destination airport(s) and hotel(s), and back home from the airport at the conclusion of the trip.

• Flight reservations: National or international, large airlines and regional airlines. We get you where you want to be!

• Cruise reservations: We work with all major cruise lines serving both river cruises and ocean cruises that span destinations across all continents. Where would you like to sail?

• Activities: Wherever you go, we will plan activities that lift your spirit while teaching you about your destination. These can include private tours, as well as group tours where you can meet likeminded travelers.

• Cultural experiences: Learn about different cultures through the regions where you travel. Sample unique cuisine, dine at one-of-a-kind restaurants, take cooking classes, learn new dances, and more. Your vacation, your way!

• Trip insurance: Enjoy the peace of mind knowing that you've insured your trip in the event that something unexpected were to come up.

How the process works

I begin planning your vacation with a complimentary phone call or online meeting (via software such as Skype, Zoom, etc). During the call, we get to know each other and I will learn all about your upcoming travel plans and how I can best serve you. After the call, I will come up with an itinerary including all activities, airfare, accommodations, etc. I will work with you to narrow everything down until you are completely satisfied with the itinerary. Then I will make all bookings for you. 

 

Since I am an independent travel planner, I am not affiliated with any other company, resorts, hotels, cruises, etc. You can trust that I will only create itineraries that I believe you will love.

 

Fees

My non-refundable planning fee is $250 per trip, which includes up to 3 itinerary revisions. As your personal travel consultant, I become part of your trusted network of professionals (such as lawyers, accountants, and doctors) whom you hire for their unique skills and the peace of mind they provide.
