Addo Elephant Park Safaris
This safari excursion departs from Cape Town and takes you on a lovely route that at times embraces the Southern Coast of South Africa, starting with the Atlantic Ocean and winding up at the Indian Ocean. One of the main destinations on this journey is Addo Elephant Park, the third largest national park in South Africa. A large number of animal species, including the "big five", call this park home.
Note: This is in a malaria-free zone, making it an ideal safari for families!
Please note too that the 6 day safari returns to Cape Town while the 4 and 5 day safaris do not, though they can include round trip transportation for an additional charge; be sure to inquire about this option.

There might even be a chance to glimpse some Southern Right Whales, depending on the season, as these whales come to this coast during breeding time.
After lunch, the route will wind along the coast, affording the opportunity to see unusual wildlife such as Cape Grysbok. There is also a good chance of spotting dolphins or seals while driving along the coast.
Arrive at the night's destination in plenty of time to see a beautiful sunset over the ocean from view of your cottage. Dinner will be served as a two course meal, prepared by the tour guide and served outdoors by one of the cottages. Upon returning to camp, breakfast will be served, and then there will be some down time. Lunch is available at your own expense. There will also be an afternoon game drive for several hours, to enjoy more of nature and spot some additional animals that may not have been visible during the morning hours.
